Daddy Signs First...
then Mommy...
Have you ever thought about how much weight a piece of paper could hold? For me, that is all I could think about today. One thin, 8 1/2 x 13, piece of paper held all of our hopes & dreams, fears & frustrations, joy & sorrows that we have felt for the past 4 years. This one, thin piece of paper holds the future for our family and a new life for our little girl. In less than 5 minutes, all the time it took for us to check a box, sign our names and date it, this piece of paper changes our lives forever!
What a great moment! God is Good!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations on your LOA!!!! We received our LOA this week and sent it back to our agency yesterday, too!! we may end up being close to the same time frame to go get our girls in Suzhou. That would be amazing if we end up traveling at the same time. That would be fun to meet you! I'll keep following your journey and watching the progress for both our families. Lord willing the process will go quickly!!
ReplyDeleteTake care,

ReplyDeleteWow, you endured a LONG wait for your LOA!!! It is very possible that we all could end up meeting up in China! Praying for speedy TA for you!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations! We were in your NovLID Yahoo group, but switched to SN a little over a year and a half ago and have been home with our daughter for 10 months now. I look forward to following your journey.
